Steps to make to make Chili

  1. In a large pot add 2 lbs hamburger, onions, red kidney beans cook on medium until meat is brown.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except brown sugar and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Continue cooking on medium heat stirring constantly for about 15 minutes
  4. Reduce heat to low for about 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  5. Turn off heat cover let rest for 1 hour.
  6. Add brown sugar heat to medium stirring constantly to ensure sugar doesn't burn on bottom of the pot.
  7. Reduce to low make some toast grab a bowl and enjoy.
  8. Chili is always better the next day.
